What is our return policy?

We know that shopping for swimwear online can be quite difficult but we will try to make the experience as easy as possible. Items may be returned within 25 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent (tags and liners attached) to receive a full refund. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you're returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item's proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection (ex. items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

How do I return/exchange my order?

To return or exchange an item just send us an email to support@demafeswim.com with your confirmation number and reason for exchange/return. Once we receive the email we will get back to you with instruction and a shipping label to be able to send your order back.
